Compared with the 10 other hearing ad specialists I consulted in the 3 last years, who ALL tried to charge me a fortune (up to $12,000), Joel struck me like sunshine after a long hurricane: not only is he well rounded in his technical knowledge, but he is aware of the complexity of his clients’ health insurances, and explains patiently how your own personal insurance functions in relation with Amplifon, and looks to make his sale the best deal for the patient/customer.
